Liked: The room was extremely nice very clean we enjoyed staying there
Disliked: We scheduled for 5 days and we wanted to renew and say they're longer and the manager is very rude to us and told us we had to get out now I paid almost $700 to 10 in that room for like five day we did not deserve that and we have nowhere to go

Liked: My room was dirty at check in,sheets and blankets dirty.top of refrigerator was dirty.the bathroom vanity had hair.dirty bathroom doors and cigarette burn in bathroom on counter

Disliked: The bathroom was in total disrepair. The sink was old and dilapidated, with cigarette burns, chips and stains. The bath tub was disgustingly - with mildew all around the caulking,and the inside of it was so dirty that I had to purchase some bleach cleaner to scrub it with before I even dared to take a shower. I wish I had taken a picture of before and after. Although I do have a photo of the cleaner. The room itself was very dated, the mattress was so uncomfortable that I slept across the bottom of the bed.

Absolutely the worst felt unsafe...

Liked: At first an online search indicates this hotel is in a convenient location
Disliked: Everything. You should remove this hotel from your portfolio I am persuing a refund. Police were pounding on my door in the first hour to investigate a parking lot incident to which I was not involved. After the police left I went to the front desk to see what was up they were busy handling a separate incident of a homeless person breaking into a room. The hotel is full of sketchy long term residents and I think also people that just drift in off the street to hang out with the sketchy guests partying in the rooms, hanging around shouting at people and smoking. The parking lot is not safe for parking, it is shared with a nearby fast food restaurant with a giant line of cars at the drive thru. Dirty, laundry room permanently broken, staff is rude because all day long they’re handling sketchy people and law enforcement.
