Bad

Disliked: Gave another guest my room. When I was given the keys to my room there was people in there due to the hotels mistake and the room I ended up in was way smaller and handicap which I did not book. Front desk was not apologetic or accommodating for a big mistake they made.

Passable

Disliked: We couldn't sleep, the bed was so uncomfortable. You could feel the springs coming through the matress.

Disappointing

Liked: Clean room, friendly front desk staff.
Disliked: General smell of marijuana permeated. Seemed to be housing homeless? Dirty cars that didn't look like they had been moved in awhile. Dirty grounds, cigarette butts all over. Huge pit bull staring at us (on a leash with owner) on elevator with us.

I am very very disappointed...

Liked: I was very disappointed, it was located in a decent area, however, when I arrived, there were what seemed homeless or transients were walking around the parking lot, it seemed like a homeless shelter, the smell of marijuana in the hallways was overwhelming, I mentioned this to staff & was told it was due to carpets getting cleaned.... did not make sense.
Disliked: the room I originally got did not have a microwave, the stove burner had oil dripped on it and when I turned it on to make tea, it started to smoke and smelled terrible, the carpet was so dirty and looked like 50 years since it had been washed, there were cat scratched up carpet all over the place, I did not put anything down on the floor because I was afraid of bugs and fleas getting into my suitcase, the most horrifying experience ever staying at this hotel I will never stay there again and I would like a refund due to the terrible conditions of this location

Liked: The Location was perfect for what I planned to do
Disliked: The room was not as advertised, smaller and all kitchen items had to be requested from the front desk, which they didn't deliver. The doors not lock and could be opened after locking just by pushing hard on the door. The breakfast items and coffee were all gone, and staff was to busy doing something away from front desk to make more coffee.
