Disappointing

Liked: HIGHLY disliked the fact*** I've been able to extend my last day before 3pm *** with zero issue for 3 months that I've been coming here. Now... some new staff was on my ass saying she was unable to do that *** blah blah blah... manger... ... And I made sure to get all that taken care of when I arrived *** by a main staff that has been seeing me check in this entire time!!!! NEW STAFF TALK TO YOUR MANAGER. AND IF NOTES are added !!! By all means respect them.

Liked: The room was very clean and looked as if it was upgraded as it was very nice. Check-in process was a few minutes but not bad (the solo employee had an arm sling so was limited in activity). Parking was plentiful and check-out very smooth and quick. For the price I feel this is the best overnight stay property in the area.
Disliked: Additional staff to check-in.

6/10 An okay time

Liked: I mean honestly, the location is pretty decent. can walk or uber or whatever to most places that are nearby. I like the fact the beds are fairly nice & comfortable.
Disliked: The fact that I ran into issues with the front desk when I wanted to extend my time via BOOKING.COM but she couldn't accommodate me. DESPITE the fact I've had no issue in the past.... so maybe it was due to the fact I've had 2 other staff that recognize me & know the drill for when I need to extend my stay by a few hours on my last day. I then ended up paying for another night which I couldn't even stay for. Lost my money! had dealings with noisy teens or college students with zero awareness for their surroundings and to think people would have common sense that this isnt a soundproof hotel.

Terrible staff

Liked: Staff busted in at 3am accusing me of being in a vacant room illegally. When I went to leave a review, there was several other reviews stating this issue

Awful, couldn’t check.

Liked: Bought the room at 8pm for one night, got charged at 11pm, arrived at 2am to check in. Staff said you can’t check in, our computers reset every night at midnight. Maybe try another hotel.
Disliked: The staff would t let us check in even though we already paid.

Very poor

Good for the price but...

Liked: Spacious and kitchette was ok. Large refrigerator.
Disliked: No coffee or coffee maker in room. No pamphlet on nearby services or food delivery. No shampoo or conditioner in bathroom, just small bars of soap.
