Liked: Bad experience , no shampoo or conditioner , I had to check out 1 hour after check in , do to my work relocation and no refund , small outdated tvs and a eclosed smell inside the room

Liked: The room was clean, even though the furniture and kitchen was worn. Sheets and towels were clean and the bed was comfortable. It was safe, and staff was friendly (even when they couldn't help with dryers that didn't work). Loved having our dog on vacation with us!
Disliked: The "breakfast" provided was not worth the additional cost added to the room price. The dryers took my money (twice). The TV lost its signal every few minutes during our 3 day stay. The towel bar and shower faucet handle are loose. And we had to clean the AC filter on arrival (black and packed with dirt) due to allergy concerns. We had no blanket and had to request a blanket at the front desk.

Liked: Friendly staff. The location is good. Pretty good price on booking.com. Overall, it's a quiet spot. 7/10
Disliked: Pillows were awkward/ uncomfortable. Yet my neck was okay, considering I have chronic pain. So 5/10.
