I never got my refund...

Disliked: I canceled after the first night and they still charged me for the rest of the nights even after I checked out after the first night

Cheap, dirty, outdated.

Liked: Location
Disliked: I notified hotel I would be checking in late. Upon arrival I was denied check in due to a company online updating process and I had to wait over 90 minutes to check in (3:00am). There should be a process to check in no matter what time you arrive for a prepaid hotel reservation. Never will my family again stay at an Extended Stay America property.

Liked: The studio room sqt ft, bed size queen great. Fridge good size I stayed down stairs walked with a cane. I liked the comf
Disliked: Would not want to be outside of the garbage and trash area.
