I wouldn't stay there again.

Liked: The size of the room and the location were both positives about this hotel.
Disliked: It took a while for staff to come to the desk when we arrived and there was no button or bell to get attention. That was frustrating after a long day of travel. Your add on Booking.com didn't mention an additional fee for pets - which brought the cost of the room up to $200 per night. NOT good value, considering breakfast options were very limited, the room was outdated, there were missing covers on the wall socket beside one of the beds, the pillows were flat, and we couldn't get the TV remote to work. There were homeless people lingering around in the parking lot. Finally, it appears someone tampered with the trailer hitch on our UHAUL trailer, which we didn't realized until it came unhitched traveling down I-5.

Exceptional

Liked: The room was very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: I'm not sure of your supplies for breakfast, but every time I went down, the only thing available was packages of hot chocolate and hot water. It could be that others got there earlier than me and got all the packaged muffins.

Somewhat disappointing

Liked: We loved area and staff was really nice.Price was affordable. Loved the suite also with kitchenette.
Disliked: Breakfast “grab n go” low supplied and ALL night heard running and stomping which made for a sleepless night!!

It was better than nothing

Liked: My departure.
Disliked: I requested to be close to the elevator, wound up in room #220 which was at the end of the hall. The bed although on a frame, slept like a pull out sofa mattress and was very uncomfortable. Breakfast or lack thereof had nothing to start your day. ie: fruit, yogurt...Coffee and mini muffins simply don't cut it.

Liked: The breakfast was not available. The pancake machine broke and there was no juice the lady on the overnight shift was rude.
Disliked: The late night lady was rude to my daughter. But the morning lady was very sweet

Superb

Liked: The room was well sized, there was a musk (probably from the AC when you first walk in), but it was clean. Breakfast was small, its just grab and go coffee or a small muffin.

Exceptional

Liked: Very quiet at night. It is for families as well so we did hear running around during the day. Quiet at night time. Very peaceful. My family enjoyed our stay. Staff was very nice.
