Liked: The Manager on Duty's Response to the issues . . On Day 2 of stay
Disliked: Everything Else. Not an Ounce of Customer Care processes ON the Property at Overnight Check-in.No Clarity, Uncleanliness, Stench, Overall Unappealing.

Wonderful stay at Extended Stay

Liked: The facility is really geared for extended stay customers . You have a large fridge and all kitchen facilities. So you can prepare your own stuff if you wish or store in your fridge and just heat up.
Disliked: The carpets are aged and had a funky smell. I went out and bought an air freshener and that was helpful.

Many pluses brought get down...

Liked: Large clean comfortable room. Comfortable bed. A great location. Nice staff.
Disliked: Outside doors either unlocked or wouldn’t open with key card. Marijuana and cigarette smells in hall. Hotels need to enforce their rules against smoking. Price high for a hotel of this class. Damage to rooms caused by clientele. Again, enforcer damage penalty.

Liked: The Staff are amazing! Comfortable beds
Disliked: The cleaning products that they use are very harsh and very chemically strong smelling the building itself is located in a wonderful spot and appears to have been recently built, but poorly put together. There are open areas in the rooms with obvious black mold and leaking pipes. In some cases you can see the roof leaking during my stay of over seven days. I had no heat and was only refunded 15% per day after discussing situation with management. I purchased a space heater to ensure that the environment was safe as the winter weather is just starting to set in. Furthermore, Housekeeping only comes by every seven days and any accumulated trash left outside. The doors will cause you to incur a $200 charge per night. In addition, the lighting in the rooms will flicker and not all of the electrical outlets work. This building is not even up to code.This facility charges around $200 per night in my opinion is extremely expensive for a poorly made facility to charge so much. Therefore, I am going to forward this message to the Better Business Bureau and the housing Authority is. This is completely unacceptable.

Liked: The room was large.
Disliked: People were hanging out in the parking lot. When I was checking in two staff members must have been going on break and were in the lot setting up a hookah.

Liked: Room quality and spaciousness. Very clean. Convenient to parking area.
Disliked: Breakfast was very poor. No milk. Nothing much to eat. It wan not a breakfast at all.
