Good location, great staff

Liked: Staff, and location.
Disliked: I keep smelling marjuana in my bathroom, from the room above me. I notify the office, they ablidge me. Noisey neighbors were yelling at each other late at night, very early morning. I wish they could screen people before allowing them to rent.

Disliked: My room had several defects in it. Door was frozen, and needed to be warmed up to allow card access. Foot plate under door is broken, allowing air to come into room. Upstairs resident smoked marijuana, which was blown into my bathroom ( skunk smell) very bad.

Disliked: Left before checking in. The room was not available as reserved. They increased the rate and changed our reservation without notice. The facility was unclean and in an unsafe neighborhood. The location was also further away from our destination than advertised. The staff were not helpful in attempting to resolve our concern. Our card was charged for the cancellation fee before the 48 hour review / appeal period.
