Disappointing, unsafe experience

Liked: This was not a good experience. This property was fairly run down, which was not evident by the listing. My access to the internet was mistakenly canceled by the property putting in the system that I was discharging the same day I arrived, my door did not have a working security latch and there were roaches in every space (sleeping area, kitchen and bathtub). The exterior door remained unlocked 24/7. I felt completely unsafe. I informed the front desk about these matters. My room should be compensated for these issues

Disliked: Upon entering room sofa bed was unfolded without a mattress.Housekeeping quickly replaced the sofa mattress with a mattress that was heavily stained.As I checked the bed for a blanket, not one (1) but two (2) roaches ran across the bed from the pillows

Liked: I honestly have always had a great experience staying here at this particular location . The staff is wonderful and helpful. My rooms are always clean and smell fresh and the beds are very comfortable. I recently had to stay at another hotel and it was way more expensive and nowhere near as nice.
Disliked: I can't complain about anything really.
