Absolutely lovely lady on reception!

Liked: Perfect location, clean, safe and was perfect for our purpose.
Disliked: There was no coffee in the morning when we checked out earlier than required. Also, had a kitchenette but had to get plates, cups etc from office but no pan or pot available, so defeats the purpose of kitchenette ,we made do

Liked: Parking area was well lit.
Disliked: Stay was due to medical appointments there in Reno.

Good value for apartment living

Liked: This is good spot if you need apartment-like accommodations - the rooms have small kitchens, with some dishes/cookware available, there's on=site laundry, close parking, and it's quiet. And for the price it's hard to beat. Be aware this hotel is more for traveling workers and not a vacation spot.
Disliked: It is kind of outdated; everything is in need of a renovation/upgrade. The linens aren't very soft and the beds are average. The dishes/silverware/cookware they give to you is just cheap, old, random stuff. If they would just renovate to make everything modern and more comfortable, this hotel would be excellent. Also, the free breakfast is nothing but cheap coffee and hot cocoa, some oatmeal in a packet, and lame cereal bar.
