Liked: Convenient location.
Disliked: When we checked in and went to our room it was obviously not fully cleaned. The toilet seat was covered with something disgusting.

Liked: Location was perfect for me. Easy on and off freeway access for both jobs. Nice and quiet. Everyone is nice and friendly
Disliked: No coffee maker in my room. Fail!

Liked: Wonderful customer service easy check in rooms where clean had an everything you needed if you wanted to bring food to make. So many eateries nearby very convenient location.
Disliked: Breakfast? That needs major improvement I was able to get coffee but nothing else was available l.

Liked: Not much honestly. Kitchenette was a nice feature but otherwise it was a pretty standard hotel room where nothing stood out
Disliked: They don't accept reservations or walk ins after midnight. Refused to honor the booking.com reservation and insisted the only way I could get a room was to book for the following night with a hefty early check in fee, even though I only needed a place to sleep for the night and wanted to check out in the morning. Paid basically two nights rate to stay for 8 ish hours. Kitchen had no silverware or any kind of tools / utensils.Update 10/3/24: Response from management below is a joke. After multiple calls and emails I finally got a hold of the general manager. She was defensive, unresponsive, and refused to issue a refund for the botched reservation even after I sent everything she requested to look into it. I had to go through booking.com customer service to get a refund. I cannot possibly rate this place low enough. Avoid at all costs.
