Liked: I love the facility and the staff are amazing I really only my stay here I consider it to be home and I treated as such , when I come to stay. This is my go to hotel whenever I’m in need of somewhere to stay for a while they make me feel comfortable and the rooms are more than comfortable.

Disliked: No sheets on pullout, had to request. All sheets were stained. Bathroom in poor shape, shower curtain not long enough, tub had curved bottom- was pretty dangerous.

Disliked: I had a reservation for 2 days which I paid for in advance through booking.com. I got the room for Valentines Day and booked it early so I could check in before 3pm. On the site I was asked when I would be arriving I checked the box saying I don't know. When I got to the hotel they told me my reservation was canceled and to call booking.com. I was charged for checking in both days which I never did. I called and talked to different people on different days yet I still didn't receive a clear answer of why this happened to me. I was even told I was gonna get a refund which didn't happen. Every time I call they give me the run around.

A "Deluxe" Disappointment

Liked: Comfortable bed
Disliked: When i asked staff upon arrival, i was not informed that Breakfast was "grab and go" with very little provided, considering the number of guests, we ended up with only a cup of coffee although we were there well before breakfast hours were over. Our "deluxe" room was missing several amenities that were listed; coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, utensils/cookware... stains on the carpet, water damage in the bathroom causing the floor to sink in and linoleum to peel back from the tub as well as darkening loosened grout in shower tiles wearing away which made me cringe at the thought of using the shower/tub... broken cover on one of the a/c units, rip in the fabric on the chair...
