Disliked: I paid for a double deluxe room (two queen beds). The bathroom flooding caused me to not sleep all night as I had to continue putting towels down and could also hear the water dropping through the night. I received no refund or compensation for this. Also, my room was moved for the remainder of my stay to a room half the size, with one bed, yet my card was charged the same amount as for a larger room with two beds. Very stressful and undeserving., but GOD will have the final say...HE always does.

I did not stay. I...

Liked: That I could relocate to a clean and safe property.
Disliked: There were bugs in the bed and bathroom. The bed was unacceptable for any level of comfort. The property had an outrageous level of loud music and people yelling in the halls and parking lot. I did not feel safe being a female traveling alone.
