Not perfect but not bad...

Liked: The staff was very friendly. I like the sense of security. You cannot pass the front desk ,without a key card... Had a little issue with the room but staff had agreed to switch us and give us a discount The security deposit came back less than 24 hours after checkout. The location is great and private. Right off and on the highway also close to everything. They have a grab and go breakfast.
Disliked: The room was understocked for a one person stay. The water doesn't get hot at all it stays warm enough to take a shower but don't expect a nice hot shower or bath It wasn't even stocked enough for one person. Our room had no curtain and the towels were dirty and bed linen was dirty and even though it states no smoking the whole floor smelled like stale smoke. The room smelled fresh but the window was wide open so we came to a freezing room. We were told we would get a discount for the inconvenience of our room that didn't happen.I didn't find the bed comfortable but my partner did.. Due to fixable things The hotel wasn't bad at I think they just need to keep an eye on housekeeping. I used to work in another hotel as housekeeping so i know the standards this isn't a job you should be half- doing I would stay again though because the minor things were fixable.
