Liked: The staff was friendly and the location was a good location in relation to the places we were visiting. Room was clean.
Disliked: They advertise breakfast but it's just a table with coffee and prepackaged muffins and breakfast bars. I was expecting more, these are snacks. The elevator and stairwell smelled faintly like cigarettes. The handle on the bathroom door came off and the door was difficult to latch closed.

Disliked: when I got there they gave me the key to another persons room and I was trying to get in and a man came out very angry I was pretty upset I could have been killed

Disliked: The rude staff. Wouldn’t even let us use the bathroom

A GOOD CHOICE IN A...

Liked: The room was clean, bed very comfortable and the hotel was conveniently located for Providence airport from which we had an early flight. Staff were helpful. We managed to grab breakfast as we left, which was a small blueberry muffin, oat bar and a coffee.
Disliked: Value was not great but reasonable compared with other hotels.
