Liked: The worst coffee ever and a bagged muffin does not represent breakfast.
Disliked: It snowed a few days prior. The sidewalk was shoveled only a shovels width. I was on crutches and walking was extremely difficult. The person behind the desk saw that I was on crutches. You would think that maybe they would give you a first floor room or at least close to the elevator. Nope...my room was the last room furthest from the elevator. My fault...I didn't ask but your would think just maybe someone would have some common sense. Oh, forgot to mention, when I got to my room, she forgot to put those credit card type keys in that little envelope. Really? So I had to walk all the way back( remember, I'm on crutches).My fault again right? I didn't check that little envelope. Cmon staff...so simple...get a clue. But, they were very friendly.
