They started off by giving me the wrong room in a smoking wing which I did not ask for. Walking off the elevator you were hit with a wall of smoke. Then it took our key a good 10 swipes to open the door. When we got in there was another foul smell of smoke - the room just felt dirty. So after all that we went back down to tell them they had us in the wrong room, and the young man at the desk had obviously no clue what he was doing, so that didn't help. Oh and by free breakfast they mean pre-wrapped muffins and granola bars - don't get your hopes up! In my final opinion this hotel felt dirty and the smell of smoke was everywhere - I do not recommend this to anyone.

Worst hotel stay ever

Disliked: I have to start with bookings room that was advertised as a queen only to arrive and be told that the room I booked for was not available and I can be accommodated in a room with 2 full size beds . This puts me in a pinch because I chose a stay that was affordable however my husband needed to be close to work. So 1st night was uncomfortable but doable. Our second night to a turn for the worst. My husband was bitten in the middle of the night by a bed bug. The front desk wanted to give us bug spray and send up back to the same room because he said there where not any other rooms available . After protest we were given another room however we were given an unclean room and a strong smell of bug spray. Needless to say we did not get the proper rest that was needed and the stay was very uncomfortable. I am very disappointed as a paying costumer. I would never recommend this hotel for stay.

Liked: The heat was in working order for it being so cold outside.
Disliked: The room was not fully stocked with pots/pans/kitchen items. We had to ask for all of these items. The front desk proceeded to hand them to me and then offer a large plastic bag to put them in. In order to get new towels I would have to bring down the old towels and hand them to the staff in a plastic bag and exchange them, they would not bring them up to us. They picked up the trash we left outside of our room, but we were expected to place it in the garbage room they had on the floor. Breakfast consisted of coffee, muffins, and its oatmeal packets. Our rooms keys stopped working a certain point and we had to get them fixed. Our bathroom drain was not working properly. We told the front desk who sent someone to our room to fix it, but he said it would take some time to fix and wanted to schedule a time to fix it. We didn’t want to spend our vacation waiting around for this guy to fix the sink, so it was never fixed and they never offered us a new room. The worst part is that it had snowed and the property was not salted in a timely manner. I ended up slipping and falling on the ice and smacked my head hard against the ground. Luckily I did not have a concussion.

Disliked: The receptionist he was rude especially after I asked a few questions for clarification. He tried to belittle me without showing it and when called out about it he tried to overtake and dismiss me. When dealing with booking my personal card has never been taken because everything is handled through the app. When I asked questions about the action he tried to make me feel stupid. Ive booked hotels through the hotel and I did not like the process which is why I ONLY book through booking. Maybe customer service is not his best alley but it’s his job and if he can’t handle it he should dismiss himself. His disposition made me extra cautious during my stay because I kind of didn’t want to be there anymore. I took pictures of the problems in the room just in case he tried to blame me.
