They started off by giving me the wrong room in a smoking wing which I did not ask for. Walking off the elevator you were hit with a wall of smoke. Then it took our key a good 10 swipes to open the door. When we got in there was another foul smell of smoke - the room just felt dirty. So after all that we went back down to tell them they had us in the wrong room, and the young man at the desk had obviously no clue what he was doing, so that didn't help. Oh and by free breakfast they mean pre-wrapped muffins and granola bars - don't get your hopes up! In my final opinion this hotel felt dirty and the smell of smoke was everywhere - I do not recommend this to anyone.

Disliked: The sheets had not been changed because they had women's hair on them and were stained with dirt. The person who greeted me mockingly told me that I did not speak English and called a maintenance employee to translate for me. It was only one night. The receptionist called me the next day at 9 AM to ask me if I was staying or leaving. Check-out is at 11 AM. This had never happened to me anywhere else. I could not rest because I got to the room at 3:30 AM on Sunday and it was already time to check out.
