Liked: The distance and ease from the hospital were great.
Disliked: The original double beds weren't available. Putting me in a king didn't adjust the price, but that wasn't ready when I got there after 3p.m. and moved me to another room, which also wasn't ready. The microwave didn't work. The toilet leaks on the floor. The television kept blacking out. You couldn't pull open the hide a bed. It was not worth the price. I actually went and slept in my car for half the night. My mom stayed in the room. I do not recommend it and will never stay there again. But the people were kind.

Liked: Location was somewhat convenient. It is close to I-5.
Disliked: For the price I was disappointed. The room what not clean. I see some dirt on the floor, the microwave door was filthy, and there were some hairs on the bed sheets. The bed mattress was very saggy, especially on the side. You can tell that someone heavy was sitting there for years. Although it is an "Extended Stay" there were no kitchen utensils in the room. You have to ask for it. Although I was on the first floor, the water pressure was awful. I could barely wash myself in the shower because of weak water pressure.

You get what you pay...

Liked: A couple of the staff members were very nice. The young man at the front deck was a twit. I imagine most people won't put up with his attitude and it will get him into some trouble in the future. The housekeeping staff was super helpful, but the property was really dirty. The walkways are covered in spills and spit and cigarettes. The guests smoke inside and directly outside their rooms. It was good to have a kitchen, but I did feel like I needed to clean prior to using any of it. You get what you pay for when staying here.

Disliked: Room was not clean, still had dirty towels in bathroom. A used water cup in the bathroom. Floor and night stand had stains and dirt on them. Floor had split liquid stains between bed and night stand. We had to leave early because the water was shut off because of a leak somewhere in the complex.

Liked: Its location and the general ambiance of the neighborhood The bathroom/bath has no grab bars which is a huge hazard should one slip and fall!
Disliked: I am 91. There was no help and the only room available was on the second floor. There was no elevator and it took an enormous effort for me to carry my bag upstairs
