Disliked: There was contents from the previous occupant in the microwave (coffee cup) which was very disappointing but other than that everything was fine

Disliked: elevator was broken. my daughter is handicapped and had to climb the stairs. The so called breakfast was a continental, should be advertised as such. set up in front of outside doors.

Disliked: The room smelt like fish and the hallways smelt like terrible cooked foods. Pretty sure there are people living in hotel full time and you can tell by the food smells. Breakfast was muffins and granola bars. Elevator was broken and we were on the top floor

Liked: The area it was located in was beautiful.
Disliked: It was very dirty, a flimsy blanket for 30 degree weather, broken elevator and put on the 3rd floor. Asked for additional blankets and pillows and they had none left. Food left in refrigerator and freezer. Filthy sink and floors.

Fine another hotel.

Disliked: The elevator was broken and had been for a while. A number of lightbulbs were out and there was no light on one side of the bed where the recliner was, so could not read at night. The refrigerator door opened the wrong way compared to the orientation of the counter. There was not any decaf coffee, only regular in the the lobby.

Never go back here.

Disliked: First of all, it said extended stay place. But nothing in the room itself had to go down the front desk every time we needs something. Hotel is a smoke-free hotel, but the placed smelled like cigarette smoke everywhere. Pretty sure we had blood bugs. Sheets seemed dirty and bites or rash all over our legs.Bathroom wasn’t that clean. The free Continental breakfast, was granola bars, and instant oatmeal, and coffee on a bookcase by the front desk. Really that’s what you advertise as free breakfast.The elevator was not working. And it seemed like there were housing, homeless people there, which is fine but for the price we paid and the lack of services in clean room at this place does not add up to what we had to pay save your money. Don’t go here.

Liked: There was no breakfast. We left at 6:30am and there wasn’t coffee.
Disliked: Everything! I will never stay at this place again. We have a group coming through and we were going to stay here.
