Disliked: Everything! I asked for a handicapped accessible room did not have one. I was told room was 4 or 5 doors from elevator it was almost all the way done the hallway. No kitchen ware in room, no cups, no coffee maker!! When I asked why; I was told you were only staying one night so I wasn't going to put them in the room. Also we passed several rooms that had condemned signs. Out of order signs would have been less ominous. We were told that was due to a flood. The signs made us very wary. I am walking handicapped and had a very hard time walking down the hall. I actually had to stop 3 times to rest. My wife and I have stayed here in the past and loved it but we will never stay here again!!! The manager was rude and said we have limited rooms and there is nothing I can do for you....HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!

Liked: Room was spacious and clean, but the rug was shabby and ripped, the tub was chipped. Old but for the $ a good value. Bed was super comfy
Disliked: There was a room a few doors down that had a sign posted on it that it was condemned and unhealthy. That was room number 223 and I was in 226 so it was very disconcerting to walk by and not know what the reason was it was sketchy. And check out time was at 11:00. At 10:15 the front desk called my room to remind me what time checkout was...? And then at 10:30 housekeeping knocks on my door asking me if I was going to be leaving soon... I found that to be really invasive and annoying as I'm on vacation and allowed to sleep in as late as I want and I wasn't even late. I did not like that at all.

Liked: We asked and paid for a king size bed and got a full size. The room 2 doora down from us was condemned and we don't know why. It was not the cleanest either.

Get rid of the animals

Disliked: The animals made the hallways smell really bad You can’t light anything to kill the smell.Walking to your car it’s dog SHIT EVERYWHERE I mean behind the car on the side walks dog food soggy an wet all by the benches

Absolutely filthy and GROSS!

Disliked: The room was filthy. Food on top of fridge and on the floor. Toothpaste on the water faucet. Dust everywhere. We brought groceries to prepare our meals. There wasn't a single cup or plate. Cupboards were EMPTY! We asked a cleaning lady for help because our microwave wouldn't work, big surprise. Her response.....you're not on my list. Wtf! She was sitting on the cleaning cart playing on her phone.
