Liked: Check in was easy, parking war provided
Disliked: Very loud. People were coming and going and talking loudly in the hallways from 11pm to 4am. Very thin walls and door. Could understand full conversations from several rooms away

I wish the place was...

Liked: The distance to coffee and the businesses.
Disliked: ALL the rooms weren’t clean. I’d be nice to speak with a manager, no for problems but professional solutions.

Terrible. Would not recommend this...

Liked: Nice property. Poor staff and house keeping.
Disliked: We arrived at 830pm for our scheduled check in between 7-9pm. There was no front desk attendant, no one answering phones until 945! We waited in the lobby for over an hour. Just to be checked into a room that looked like it was prepped for bug extermination. No sheet pillows nothing. The room was disgusting. I immediately went down and requested a new one. Where I once again waited for the front desk rep for another 10 minutes. Just to be checked into a room that smelled so bad from cigarettes that it stunk me and my boys clothing the following day and everything we brought in with us. Visible marks from someone putting out a cigarette on the bathtub. No blankets just the sheet.

Liked: Conveniently located near mall…laundry room appreciated. Friendly staff and beautiful room for a great price! Impressed about the cleanliness even while accommodating pets!

Liked: Breakfast was only oatmeal. Poor property management experience. The sign said that cleaning staff would not come in until every eight days of staying on the property, but they came in after six and took pictures around my room and then claimed I was smoking inside the room Because they saw my stash of weed. It smelled super bad and several different areas because people live in there.
Disliked: What I mentioned above is a constant issue the staff was unfriendly. I would not recommend even staying at this place especially if you smoke weed. I guess if you’re close smell like weed, then they believe you’re smoking in the room.
