Poor
Liked: My dog was allowed.
Disliked: There was no body at the desk to get help. The room with snacks and drinks closed; no access to ice machine.

The most unprofessional stay /no...
Liked: The price and the location has numerous shopping centers and restaurants walking distance
Disliked: When I got to the hotel there was major construction going on you could barely even walk to the front to check in and the elevators weren’t accessible. I had to go outside through side doors and go up the stairs with LUGGAGE to get to your room. I was never told about the major construction that would’ve been nice for proper communication. Then hour later I noticed that there was actually no running water or working phone . Had to call downstairs on my cell to complain and she said I won’t have water for Cpl hours like it was no big deal . So I ended up checking out since the whole stay was crap once I got there and I needed to shower and get ready for rehearsal dinner. She said she contacted the manager and I won’t get my refund for 3 days and it’s now been 6 days and they won’t return my calls ,emails and messages . I have been trying to reach them for my refund and their ghosting me so I wouldn’t ever stay here again and I will be contacting corporate with so many complaints because of this ! If you want a comfortable stay don’t stay here ever . Plus they need to upgrade the rooms they have stained and broken things all around they could make look better not gross!!!!

My first and last experience...
Liked: Location was in a well populated area with restaurants and stores.
Disliked: Facility was very run down and looked like it had started a renovation and stopped. Everything was very old.

It was a short stay...
Liked: The staff was friendly, and the lady who checked us in was very nice.
Disliked: It was under construction and there seem to be a lot of trash around the property on the outside. I think this is more of a place that people may live, and I was not aware of that.

I want a refund
Liked: It was a good price
Disliked: Well, the whole building was under full construction, which we didn’t know about and on top of that I wasn’t able to even take a shower because my shower did not work in my room and when I tried to bring it up to the front desk, they told me they’ll put a maintenance thing in other than that they didn’t know what to tell me and I was getting ready to leave for a 10 hour trip back home so I was pretty frustrated. Part of paying for hotel room is being able to shower And they weren’t willing to fix it or offer me another shower so that was upsetting on top of all the construction

Saddest Hotel Stay in Hillsboro/Tanasbourne
Liked: - Bed mattress was comfortable.- Refrigerator and television worked well.- Reasonably priced.
Disliked: - Claimed “fully equipped kitchen”, but was necessary to go to front desk to obtain pots, pans, dishes, glasses, silverware, sponge, or toaster. When we asked at the front desk, we got the items but also “a lot of bad attitude”.- No toilet paper or paper towels (we bought our own at Fred Meyer).- There was long hair left around the bathtub drain.- A/C didn’t work, maintenance man came and fixed it.- Smoke alarm hanging from a hole in the ceiling, not mounted.- Claimed “weekly housekeeping”, but was none over 3 weeks.- Contradictory online descriptions of parking vs. no parking. When we arrived, parking lot was in the midst of being resurfaced.- A large number of residents appeared to be (recovering?) drug addicts. They were doing drug deals at the back corner of the hotel day and night, slamming doors, and set off the fire alarm 3 times (probably fumes from cooking drugs in their kitchens).- The rear security door of the hotel didn’t latch/lock (even though it had a card reader). The drug users blocked it open with a rock.- WiFi signal range did not extend reliably to all rooms.- Only 4 hangers in the closet.- Windows only opened 2 inches. If hallway exit was blocked by fire, we could not escape.- Breakfast/coffee bar is very meager. Luckily there is a Starbucks next door.
