Need coffee machine in room,...

Liked: I like that it is close by the mall, my friends and family. I like that it has a kitchenette but that literally has nothing in it. No paper towels even in the room
Disliked: Need to get new beds, it killed my back. You are able to hear when people go take a shower all around you. The heater / ac machine can get really kid. No real curtains to block out all the lights in the parking lot. Not real free breakfast. Just muffins. That’s not breakfast. Free “snack”

Id definitely stay again!

Liked: I had to wait for my room to be open so I had the opportunity to watch how staff interacted with residents. I loved the familiarity among everyone. They listened to peoples problems. They was funny, sweet and kind when interacting with everyone.
Disliked: I didn't have too many complaints. I expected a better breakfast but that is on myself for not looking into what was offered prior to reserving a room.

Good place to stay but...

Liked: Great location. Valuable price.
Disliked: Staff who was working at night. The front lady it was dated on 2/10/2025. She was horrible....

Disliked: Fridge was by front door and would swing open and snack in to door

Disliked: The walls are so thin that noise from adjacent room is sleep disruptive. I had a neighbor that came in at 4 am and talked in a loud voice until 6:30 inspite of me calling the front desk to notify them they were being disruptive
