DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER
Liked: Customer service from employee Kirsten was very good. She greeted you, always at the front desk. Could answer questions efficiently. The maintenance employees,Kurt and Joel. They were efficient with getting the proper items that I needed repaired and removed. My couch was taken out after being in my room for a week immediately by Joel. The repairs for the cabinets and the overhead cooking fan. Was taken care of immediately and replaced with new items. I was given a new phone because the old one didn't connect. This is what I call good customer service and being attentive to the needs.
Disliked: The staff and the manager Reena Prasad needs more training. The people that clean up the room supposedly, do a very bad job. The pull-out bed had blood spots and pee stains that wreak in my room. The vent above the stove was so filthy it looked as though roaches had laid eggs underneath. The floor had never been mopped nor swept. My room was dusty and dirty everywhere. I had to purchase cleaning products along with a mop and a broom. They use the same broom for all of the rooms mop included. I have purchased since I've been here. Six cans of febreze spray. After 5:00 p.m. when the manager is gone. There is no one at the front desk, at all. They go into the laundry room and stay there until they quit. You have to knock on the door to get someone to come out. There is no customer service at all in the evening. The employees who are supposed to be minding the front desk, are sitting on the tables plan on their phones. This is the worst place I have ever stayed at. I feel that every employee here, needs to be retrained or let go. All rooms should be cleaned thoroughly before handing over room keys. I have been here since November the 29th and currently staying here as of January 18th. I feel that I should be compensated for the atrocious, nasty way that I found my room. And had to supply and clean everything on my own. The toilets do not flush completely. I've taken pictures of the nasty, filthy disgusting bed. The cabinets that fell down and the nasty, nasty over head kitchen vent. I hope that none of your other extended stays are taken care of like this one here. In Pleasanton California on Chabot Drive. I definitely will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Especially since I have not compensated for cleaning up this nasty room. The was not comfortable. Needs a better mattress. I woke up every morning with body aches. It felt like someone had beat me up while I was sleeping. I had to purchase a foam mattress in order to sleep. Not acceptable.
