Liked: The staff was very nice. They called me that morning letting me know they were over booked (1room 2 beds) so they gave me two rooms for me and my friend.

Disliked: The kitchen was not stocked (the staff told me I could request anything I wanted. Great! It's easier if silverware or plates or cups are already there)There was no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom (again available upon request)No hairdryer in the bathroomThe emergency exit door by the stairs was really stuck. It was possible to open it but not without a significant amount of effort, several tries, and the other people in my party were unable to open it.The breakfast was silly--packaged muffins, instant oatmeal and nutri-grain bars is not what I was expecting when the site listed included breakfast as an amenity.No exhaust fan in the bathroom so it got fogged up and the mirror could not be used to get ready
