Excellent customer service

Liked: Awesome services. Friendly staff, free breakfast bar, clean rooms, kitchen ette, free wifi, various amenities apart of the package deal, safe area, etc.
Disliked: One of the guests came into my room with a different card when their key was assigned to a different room. This is an error with the key.

Disliked: The 3rd shift lady that worked the front desk was Very RUDE & disrespectful, I had to rush my 2 year old to the hospital because of a allergic reaction from the room & when I got back at 1am with the baby & asked for new sheets for the baby, She wouldn’t give them to me & she seen I had the baby, She told me No I couldn’t get sheets until I brought the old ones down, I informed while holding the baby & hospital bag, that I would bring them back down after I layed the baby down & she still wouldn’t give them to me, She was extremely Rude & Disrespectful for no reason!Something needs to be done abt her actions because apparently she doesn’t like her job!All the other staff were nice!
