Great stay just don't count...

Liked: Very nice room and overall had a very nice stay. Very clean and everything worked prperly. I would stay there again.
Disliked: The breakfast is very sub standard. Packaged muffins and granola bar and coffee. No juice option or fruit. We had to go and buy our own breakfast. The location is a little awkward to get to.

Liked: Location was great. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: The breakfast was very small. We needed clean towels and wash rags. We were told you had to bring the dirty ones to the desk in order to get new ones. Even though they don’t have room service, it would be nice to have a place that they could collect your trash.

Liked: Room was spacious and quiet. It was clean *enough* though there was room for improvement definitely. It was in a bustling area with lots of food and shopping options around, and it was easy to find. Staff was pleasant.
Disliked: Breakfast was gas station food- not a value add. Elevator was broken, so a trek to the 3rd floor. The horizontal surfaces were clean, toilet and sink were clean, but the vertical surfaces-- walls, refrigerator doors, walls, bathroom door, chairs-- all need a good cleaning. I had read reviews in advance and brought Lysol wipes.
