Disliked: We asked for a handicap room and we didn't get one for 3 days!! My son had to leave to use a bathroom because he couldn't get in the bathroom

Liked: Breakfast was a few left over muffins and coffee or tea. Very minimal. Disappointing. I passed. It was a room with a bed. Not much to shout about.
Disliked: Floor not clean. Drapes off the tracks, wouldn't close. You have a kitchen but must pay for dishes or pans. Does not say that before hand. I brought some food but could not cook because I did not want to be charged extra. Room was right beside some giant exhaust vent which roared all night. Thin walls. Could hear next door banging around.

Good other than the fentanyl...

Disliked: There was an odd smell in the halls and my suspicion is that it was some body was smoking fentanyl pills in their rooms in the area of where we walked and also smoke and the smell was in the elevators

Liked: Convenient location
Disliked: Property and rooms needed updating. Shower/tub did not have anything to keep you from slipping on the floor of the tub. Shower did not have option to change spray, water pressure was low. Towels were old and rough on the skin.Kitchen was clean, stove needed to be updated. Refrigerator smelled oldNo outlets to plug in electronic/phone chargers. ( big mistake if you didn’t bring one.Breakfast was not great, muffins we stale and fell apart when you unwrapped them.No ice machine, ice trays in refrigerator did not appeal since the refrigerator smelled.Staff stood around visiting with guest who probably were long term guest while I needed to wait to speak to someone.Accidentally left clothing in bathroom, called first thing in the morning to see if they could be mailed/shipped, was told he would call me back in an hour after talking to housekeeping. Six hours later I called again to be told she would call me bak.

I will never book again!
