NEVER again will I book...

Liked: Manager Lillian was very nice. We arrived at 1am to find the lobby entrance locked - we waited 15 minutes for the guy to show up- said he was busy in the laundry. After a day of travel this was unsatisfactory.

Good location-mediocre accommodations

Liked: Great location - the staff was very nice.
Disliked: Bed was uncomfortable. The A/C blows directly onto the bed which makes it hard to sleep. The fan cannot be turned off so it was on all the time. One of the lights by the bed was broken. The “breakfast “ is mediocre- coffee and prepackaged muffins and oatmeal packets in the tiny reception area.

Liked: Terrible, coffee and packaged fig bars....
Disliked: Rooms, water leaking, refrigerator blinking on and off, staff was not very nice. They treated us as if we were bothering them.

Bad

Liked: The location. The lady at the front desk was very helpful.
Disliked: Bed was .mushy. The bathroom sink would not drain. When we went into the room for the first time, there was an overwhelming smell of cleaning products. It took a couple of hours of having the windows open for the smell to dissipate.
