Liked: The location in Old Town Scottsdale was quiet. No loud street noises. The room was clean and smelled nice. Well lit at night. Easy to get onto the 101 for travel. I liked that they responded to my request to change out the old rusty bathroom faucet. The water comes out really hot, which is good for the shower. The bathroom was adequate, with a nice sink and counter, and the shower curtain was substantial. Hot water was also nice for cleaning dishes in the kitchen sink. The chars in the kitchen were nice and comfortable. The laundry facilities were clean and took credit cards. Although there’s no soap available for purchase, so bring your own.
Disliked: The bathroom exhaust fan, although rather large in size, did a poor job moving air. Toilet paper is a thin single ply. The kitchen cabinets appeared to be worn and I’m sure are on the renovation list for the future.

Disliked: Not well cared for property. Food crumbs on the nightstand from the previous customer. Chair too old and dirty to use.

Liked: We had a belligerent next door guest. When we called the office to inform them they hung up on us not once but twice. That is not the guest experience one expects at any facility.

Liked: Staff are very rude and disrespect, the staff was at my room before check out at 11am asking me to leave about 3 different staff very rude staff here at this place

Liked: They could not find my reservation. I had to book another hotel.
Disliked: The reservation I made was no where to be found. I didn't even get an email confirmation and when I called the hotel where I made reservation.

Disliked: The room was bare. Not even a cup of garbage can under the sink was full of garbage. Paint pealing. Needs a total overhaul.
