DISGUSTING DISGUSTED

Liked: This place is the Absolutely Worst hotel in AZ next to all the crackhead hotels on west McDowell Rd in Phoenix . Listing says FREE BREAKFAST INCLUDED... WHAT A JOKE... Spend the extra 20 bucks for a decent place 4 miles to the west at the Peoria Sports Complex locations, They Really do provide FREE BREAKFAST.
Disliked: If you like ROACHES, This is the place for you. I was under the impression that I reserved a non smoking no animals allowed room. What I got was the complete opposite. ROACHES, DOG HAIRS, FOUL ODOR. UNCOMFORTABLE BED, OUTDATED TATTERED FURNITURE. DON'T DO IT...

Great people at this location....

Liked: I like Nate at the front desk. He is great, he knows how to treat a customer right. He goes out of his way to help in any way he can. Plus, he loves dogs 🐕 ❤️
Disliked: The rooms don't always seem clean. Mainly the floors and bathtubEverything else is great!

Liked: I liked Kathy and Nate at the front desk. They were both pretty amazing. The hotel was run well, pretty clean for the remodeling going on.They run a tight ship. Kudos to this location. Others I stayed at were awful.

Planned to stay 5 nights,...

Liked: Brand new mattress was the only good thing about this place.
Disliked: Dirty fridge and furniture, renovating and but cleaning main areas, towels with hair on them, construction workers knocking on door in AM looking to move into room.
