We did not stay at the extended star deluxe in the end. The hotel was filthy, room and entire hotel smelled like smoke. Front desk man was very rude. We ended up walking across the street to the radisson.

Disliked: Disgusting dirty smelly! The mattress for the pullout had piss and brown stains all over it the cabinets were falling apart no dishwasher just a whole the sink had a tore up cup in the drain. The elevator smelled exactly like dog pee. I asked for a new room because the mattress was HORRIBLE AND THEY REFUSED! Don’t not reccomend at all!

Disliked: It is a nice property and the rooms are spacious and fairly nice. There were some bugs which is always gross but the downtown area will always have that problem.

Disliked: Dirty. Door didn’t lock when you closed it. And sheets and blankets were stained. Basically. I drove 27hrs to Arizona from Wisconsin, got to the hotel with my girlfriend EXHAUSTED at 3am finally. Booked in. The room was dirty enough to make me want a refund and to leave within 3 minutes of being there to get a different hotel.
