We did not stay at the extended star deluxe in the end. The hotel was filthy, room and entire hotel smelled like smoke. Front desk man was very rude. We ended up walking across the street to the radisson.

Bad really bad place dirty...

Disliked: Dirty building and it smelled really bad . Also the rooms were dirty and full of roaches !

Terrible customer service

Liked: 5 star hotel! They have exceptional customer service. The staff really care about the customers. Customers come first. Not like these big company hotels that are only a hi and bye. I would come here again without a doubt.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

Disliked: Dirty, roaches, rude staff, people sleeping on couch in lobby, toilet moved, shower sucked more water came out of the Spicket then the shower-head, paid for a king bed got a queen, they wouldn't change my room even though I had the confirmation, no table, no sofa bed, no chair, cabinets under sinks were awful and smelled musty/moldy, shower curtain had mold on it, hair on ceiling in bathroom and behind the main door inside of sign and a bullet hole in the window on the third floor of my room told the front desk lady and she said is the glass broke... DUH. Also have a rash on my body!
