Liked: My Booking was cancelled as Booking.com didn't provide credit card information to property. I had to stand on road till 3AM morning with kids and spouse. This was horrible experience. I will never suggest anyone to use booking.com and stay in this property.Booking.com tool #4 hours to address this issue.

Disliked: had a wet rag smell from the lobby to the hallway to the room, room had a very stained refrigerator and stains on the ceilings.. There was no breakfast on the go.... No muffins no break fast bars... Just coffee... Had to go to McDonald's down the street for break fast

Disliked: My room just had an odd smell to it and I don't believe the AC filter had ever been changed!

Disliked: The property didn't prioritize reservations. Made the reservations over a month before our stay. My party was separated to two different floors. At check in I asked the manager if the pool was open 24 hours and she said yes..... however the pool was not open 24 hours and closed at 10. Went to our event only to find out that room keys do not open any of the doors outside after a certain time. We got back to the hotel at about 11 pm. Staff were rude. I had to run my card twice for my reservation set up in February for our stay in March. Was told it was two separate reservations when I literally booked both rooms at the same time.
