Disappointing

Liked: The coffee.
Disliked: Waited at checkin for 5 min for staff members to finish being rude to each other before I was greeted. He wanted my 19 yr olds ID. This caused me anxiety, I was afraid we wouldn't be able to stay. I ignored the request, as my son had left his ID at his aunts house. The hall smelled of Marijuana, the fridge was warm, and the air conditioner blew hot air after minutes. The room was old but clean. Breakfast was coffee, oatmeal, tiny muffins, and nutrigrain bars. Kept behind the front desk. No ice machine and the vending machine did not work. The morning staff was nice though.

Would NEVER use this hotel...

Disliked: The room was an embarrassment. We walked in and walked back out to stay at another hotel. The bod looked like a cot, no real blanket, and for a no smoking hotel the room stunk!

Great location near the Phoenix...

Liked: The bathroom has a shower curtain that was not hanging correctly and the water from shower and had the bathroom floors wet.
Disliked: The towels seem like it has not been washed well and showed some dirt. The bed covers had some left over dirt on it.

Disliked: No ice machine, blow dryer, in room coffee service, shuttle service from airport, air conditioner failed, had to re-pack and move to another room.

Liked: location to car rental area. restaurant close by
Disliked: front desk manager could have been more pleasant upon arrival
