Clean, comfortable, reasonably quiet rooms....

Liked: It’s convenience to the location I needed
Disliked: I am highly sensitive to cleaning product smells… And whatever they use to prep the room is pretty overbearing… It took 48 hours for it to clear enough for me… But that’s on me… You have to do things by law. Then, while fairly quiet — there was an incident on my floor that required the police’s arrival… I’ve never experienced that in a hotel/motel before. It was resolved quickly, but it was disturbing.

Liked: At 8am on 3/1/25 there’s was no coffee or pastries
Disliked: The room smelted as if it was mop with a dirty mo. It smelled sour. When I came back down stairs to let the receptionist know they were know one there. They had a sign up saying they’ll be back . No one came back! The next morning I ask to have my room changed or even mop over to get out the smell. They didn’t do either. I’ve stayed with extended stay many times and this was the worse experience I had. I will be calling the GM tomorrow to further complain.

Wanted a quiet getaway but...

Disliked: The people in room 332 was blasting music from 8pm until just past midnight had to go to the front desk to get someone to tell them to turn down the music and stop slamming the door the next day which would of been Saturday first thing in the morning you had kids running up and down the hallway making all kids of noise let’s just say it wasn’t a good valentine day .
