Liked: The location wasn't to bad!!
Disliked: The lady working at the front desk looked like she had been working two straight days without any rest. And I felt she discriminated against me because I was hispanic and was very nasty towards me. I explained to her I read that the property will charge you an extra deposit of $100 for damage to the property but she told me it was $150 deposit.after I had explained to her.And the plumbing in shower suck didn't work properly and fan in bathroom broken. Very sad experience.

Hotel was satisfactory other than...

Liked: Room was clean and hotel was quiet. Front desk staff were friendly upon check-in. Although we didn't take advantage of it the kitchenette could be a real money saver by preparing your own food compared with dining out.
Disliked: For the first time in my roughly 10 years using Booking.com I was not given the accommodations I reserved months in advance. I was traveling with a friend and booked a 2 Queen Bed Kitchenette. Upon check-in I was provided a 1 Queen bed Kitchenette with a pull out couch. When I inquired with the front desk about the error they said they had nothing else available and also would not refund me the difference between the 1 Queen and 2 Queen price. They told me a pullout couch and a Queen bed are the same thing. This was also my first experience having to make my own bed at a hotel, not a positive experience unfortunately.
