It was a nice hotel...

Liked: The laundry room was helpful and nice and the room was spacious
Disliked: As soon as I stepped foot in my room I had to kill a roach I killed a total of 18 roaches throughout the length of my stay in even saw one strolling down the hallway on my way out one day on my way out I was happy about the stove until it started giving me a hard time it didn’t get hot enough for me to even boil water let alone cook my food the right way and it could have been cleaned better in the kitchen area

Disliked: I booked through this third party and payed through Klarna but when we arrived it said that we had to pay when we already did online. Due to this we didn’t get to stay since September 21 I haven’t received my money back and on top of it trying to contact customer service on her was the worst and most unhelpful experience I had!!

Liked: Rooms were nice and clean. Nice size. I liked that it had a stove, kitchen and a microwave. The staff were very nice.
Disliked: The television service. There were limited channels. A Roku or smart TV would have made it a better experience. There were no pots or utensils.

Liked: It was great there it was clean the staff was very nice very polite and always answering questions they smiled they weren't miserable I would love to stay there again

Disliked: After work I went straight to this facility and slammed my face in bed. The next morning when I was ready to put things away I found food in the fridge, which made me feel like the room wasnt properly cleaned. Staff was nice and gave me a discount and moved me to another room. This room though you had to wait for hot water to start working, which took 15 minutes, then also found roaches.
