Liked: Staff is unprofessional an very Racist they don’t clean up or assist there customers I been staying there for 3 months and one the managers randomly came to my room first time ever seeing her ever she knocked on my door and told me she had to check the stove this lady looked around and made up a story saying someone made a complaint about smoke I can not make this up I was at work doing a double the night before I literally came to hotel an went straight to sleep with my child who has cerebral palsy an do not walk at all an recently had hip surgery so again I’m confused how she received a complaint from someone an nobody was there not to mention she woke me up out my sleep I thought I was dreaming until I heard her voice more as she tried to open door I could of told her she couldn’t come in but instead I let her in an stepped out she then starts making up policy rules of her own I can’t wear shorts at hotel I can’t my incense in room or walk around without shoes then proceed to tell me that common sense she charged me me 250 for smoking an said she was calling my program to put me out so I called them for her cus I kno I ain’t been smoking after she figured out who I was she told me I couldn’t see the policy rules an told her staff to not speak to me because she then knew she F*ckd up so I left an came back later I made a video on tik tok of the staff ignoring me an denying me access to my room my son is in who has a disability once she knew I was on TikTok she ran in office an called the cops thank god they was on my side she was trying to kick me my son n his service dog out at 10:30pm after I been staying there for 3months that’s thousands of dollars the cops took me to the room once they seen my son they told us to lay down they are not kicking a child out with disability that’s Fd up I left the next morning I will be taking them to court an sue them I have all the proof an video evidence of everything that occurred anyone looking for a hotel please do not go...

Nice journey to Bensalem

Liked: Nice location, clean room, clean blanket and towels.
Disliked: In the room there are no slippers.

Great for the price

Liked: Rep at front desk was nice and fast with checking in. Good location for shopping centers. And neighbors weren't too loud.
Disliked: Bathroom could use better cleaning. Had small black stuff on tile floor, but went away when scrubbed with a towel and flushed down the drain. Everything else was perfect. Only needed for 1 night when visiting friends, was too tired to drive back.
