Liked: They (Alicia) called 20 minutes before we pulled up to the hotel to tell us they don’t have our room, but they were trying to offer us a double bed room for 6 people. I explained to them that 6 people wouldn’t fit in a double bed room!
Disliked: Lack of ProfessionalismLack of decency to call a day or two before (hotel was booked for 2 weeks)
