Liked: We stayed for 19days. Bill in the front desk was very helpful and nice. Other staff were very nice as well.They serve complimentary hot chocolate and coffee every morning. Thanks to that. It saves me to go for a coffee run before going to work.I loved that its pet friendly. They accepted my cat unlike from the previous place we booked who turned us down because I have a cat and that they only accept dogs. So thankful when we saw 1 room opened up here.
Disliked: Guests just seem to leave their trash everywhere.

Stay was convenient, but disappointing.

Liked: Location, free parking, kitchen and pet friendly
Disliked: I reserved a room with two double beds in advance but was given one bed and an uncomfortable foldout that felt every spring. The front desk staff was frequently unavailable when I had questions, and the kitchen supplies weren’t stocked in the room as expected.

Liked: Change hours of breakfast to 6 am to 10 am
Disliked: Room’s furnace doesn’t fun well at night. Send your maintenance man for repairs. Room rate for Jan 18 (one night) was too much!Almost $300.00 for a two star hotel is ridiculous.
