Disliked: The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par with the costs. I also got a few bug bites in the hotel and the Key card access was completely unreliable, as I had to get it reprogrammed twice a day

I would stay there again...

Liked: the room was clean beds very comfortable and the property was close to downtown palm springs. The staff was very friendly
Disliked: the breakfast was not the best but since there is a kitchen in the room I guess it was alright

Rate is too high given...

Liked: Sink & bathroom drains badly deteriorating. AC registered packed with dust. Cabinetry & nightstands deteriorating. Towels are very old. Pool towel had a huge hole. This not $230 a night value.
Disliked: Needs upgrading to justify rate
