Okay

Liked: Location was close to Universal studios & almost far 20-30 mins from everything.
Disliked: The Wifi was down and the pool as well. We couldn't use both. However, it's mentioned in the facalities.

Amazing and helpful staff, spacious...

Liked: The staff was incredible, anything we needed they were glad to help. Monica was our front desk clerk at check-in and check-out, and we just think she’s great! Also, the suites are very spacious and comfy, we loved having plenty of room and a full refrigerator for all our leftovers. The hotel is within walking distance of Universal and there access to tons of local fare and activities. It was a great value for the price of the room!
Disliked: The people next to us argued and shouted loudly into the wee hours. This isn’t the hotel’s fault but I do wish they enforced quiet hours.
