Liked: The beds are quite comfortable, and the location is convenient for visiting Universal Studios.
Disliked: The floors in the room appeared as though they had not been vacuumed recently, and if they had been, the job was not done thoroughly. Additionally, there was an unpleasant odor in the room, reminiscent of cigarettes and mildew.

Liked: Everything was great staff is great they just forget to mention everybody needs they’re id if they are staying in the room and the fire alarms goes off when u cook and it gets smoky
