Liked: The hotel needs renovation and a good pest control. I had rouches in my room, the carpet is very dirty. Everything is so all and sceams "Replace me"
Disliked: I shared my room with pests, the smell of marohuana, and other unidentified smells.

Not holiday accomodation

Liked: The room was a good size, has a bath and shower, kitchenette, breakfast included. Plenty of parking, the staff very helpful,
Disliked: The rooms are quite dated and not really holiday accommodation. In our room the fridge freezer made an awful racket switching on and off during the night. A bit far from the main Orlando activities. Because it's meant as medium to long term accommodation people can keep pets there so our location had a very doggy smell.

Liked: I loved everything about this hotel and room. I am familiar with La Quinta and know this is consistently one of the best in the area and to be able to stay at this location at the price I paid I was indeed happy.

Disliked: Needed paint in some places; elevator needed touch up. But overall, fine for amount of stay.
