Liked: Easy check in. Free parking. Spacious room. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: The carpet is rather dirty and the room was smelly. The air vent in the bathroom kept making noise even when it was off.

Disliked: Your website over booked me at the first Extended Stay location. Was moved to the second location 1951 Summit Tower Blvd., Orlando, Florida by the Manager. The appearance to the second location was filthy. Carpets dirty. The smell of burnt fish in the hallway. The room was filthy like it hadn't been clean. Dirty Windows and curtains. Smelled awful. Dirty chairs which were soiled. Dirty floors. Baseboards peeling off the wall. Only one bath towel. Dirty bathroom. Was so bad we checked out an obtained a room at the Marriott Courtyard. I should be reinbursed by Extended Stay and they need to inspect their property

Liked: Staff was friendly.
Disliked: The room was filthy!! Toilet was NOT cleaned! The refrigerator was NOT cleaned and had milk left in it. Had empty ice cream box and frozen apple juice bottle left in freezer!! Microwave was disgustingly dirty!! Nothing had been dusted, and floors were so dirty I had to wear shoes the whole time we were there. Under the bed had 2 (two) dirty wash rags and had not been swept or mopped for what looked like weeks! And the worst, we had ROACHES running around at night!! When we addressed the staff, they advised they had no one to come and clean the room and no maintenance to come and spray for the roaches! We were stuck with what we got! My 92 year old father was with us, and he was fine with his room, so we opted to tough it out so as not to burden him with another long car ride trying to find another hotel. I will never stay at one of these hotels again!!
