It’s a place to stay...

Liked: I liked that the staff were very helpful and that the room included a kitchenette.
Disliked: The room was run down, stains all over the walls and refrigerator. There were cockroaches. I woke up on my 2nd and 3rd day with bumps and bites all over my arms and legs. I’m hoping it’s not bed bugs. There were also blunt wrappers and eyelashes left under the furniture. The floor felt sticky and gross. They also charge $50 dollars for kitchen supplies. It’s understandable if it’s for people who are staying well over a week or so, but at least simple utensils should be provided if you were to have a kitchen. The sheets also had stains all over them and I woke up with a rash on my face.

Liked: The price and check in and out was easy, housekeeping ladies are very nice and the front desk is nice !
Disliked: The room we booked was a smoke free room but it smelled as if someone smoked 10 packs in the room. The walls are very thin so you hear everything. We only had one pillow and 2 small towels. The toilet seat was slipping off, the shower rod was broken so the curtain didn’t fully close, the sink counter had brown spots all over it, the stove didn’t work, it just felt very musty and humid. Great place for mold to grow for sure.

Liked: The location is convenient
Disliked: There were pet stains on the carpet in the room. I know this is a pet friendly property, but the carpet can be cleaned when stained. There was no coffee maker on the room.

No rooms although they were...

Liked: I didn’t get to stay at this accommodation, because we learned that they had no rooms available when we arrived although we booked months ago.
Disliked: They sent us to another property because they were booked out although we had reservations. The other property had no rooms neither. The lady wanted to call back after 10 minutes, but never did. We were stranded and had to look for a new accommodation. I don’t have my money back yet.

Liked: The property had great staff
Disliked: The room was nasty and had a mildew smell to it and the fridge was broken and ruined my kids birthday the cake had melted and the meat that was going to be barbecued was ruined as well, they gave me an extra night for free but that still didn’t change the fact that my daughters birthday was ruined
