Outdated, Grungy, & Dirty!! Steer...

Disliked: Upon arrival, I waited at the reception desk for 13 minutes before someone greeted me. In fact, I would have waited longer if I hadn't gone around the back to locate someone, who was found sitting/eating and talking with another employee. Entering the room, it was beyond outdated and grungy. The tub ran constantly. The heater didn't work. Springs in the mattress made it hard to sleep. The microwave was so disgusting and dirty that I just opted not to eat because I couldn't bring myself to put my food in it. The Wi-Fi didn't work. "Breakfast" consisted of expired mini muffins, which weren't even made available until after 7:30am. I saw two men with ankle monitors hanging around near the entry door (clearly staying there) along with numerous individuals who were clearly on drugs. It was terrible, uncomfortable, and I would never choose to stay there again!
