Liked: I previously wrote an email awaiting to speak with a rep. The property was on another level when describing how disgusting it was. The property was not safe and I had to find another hotel the evening of check-in....bc it was not safe for me and my children to stay there. worst stay of my life

Liked: absolutely nothing
Disliked: the staff was nowhere to be found, roaches in the bathroom, no linens on the sofa bed, Marijuana smell in the hallways and elevators

Not recommended at all

Disliked: My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The rooms were dirty, with dust accumulated in the corners. Additionally, the hallways had an unpleasant smell, which made the stay even more uncomfortable. The bathroom was in terrible condition, with mold in the shower and stains on the mirror.The staff’s attitude was also terrible. They were rude and showed no interest in properly assisting the guests. It seemed like every request was an inconvenience to them.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean stay and good customer service. There are definitely better options in the area.
