My experience at the extended...

Liked: I like the rooms at extended stay in Lake Forest. I like the fact that it’s very close to where I work.
Disliked: My number one complaint is that I booked the room at 9 PM and I did not arrive to check in until 1030 at night and when I went to the front desk, they told me my room was not yet ready and told me to come back in an hour. I was dead, tired and I needed at work early in the morning. I went and sat in my car in the cold for an hour, and when I went back in my room still wasn’t ready for another 45 minutes by the time my room was ready. It was after midnight. Check in time is supposed to be at 3 PM. I have never seen such an unprofessionally managed hotel in my life.

I do not recommend this...

Liked: Location only - nothing else.
Disliked: Room was filthy, smelled horrible in the common corridors and the room, broken-down vehicles in the parking lot, felt very unsafe. Towels were old and ripped, sinks were clogged, carpet was disgusting, trash room was overflowing with trash everywhere. I WAS SHOCKED! Bathroom fans from surrounding rooms were terribly loud and didn’t get any rest.

The BEST service hands down.

Liked: I booked a last minute room late at night and when I arrived was met with unfortunate news. Booking.com wasn’t accurate in the amount of rooms available, however Kayleen(I’m sorry if I butchered that) was extremely helpful in getting me a room that instant. She rallied help from housekeeping to expedite a room and within 10 minutes it was thoroughly cleaned and ready. I was tired from traveling and they were exceptionally accommodating at the eleventh hour. Hands down would stay here again! Thanks again everyone!

We are very disappointed with...

Liked: Price was nice, nearby amenities were helpful.
Disliked: No bath water at all, staff were unable to fix the problem or offer a solution so we were unable to shower. Also an over powering pinesol odor that gave me a headache.
