I will not be staying...

Liked: honestly, the only thing I liked about the property is how close it was to everything, but I genuinely cannot think of anything else about the hotel experience that was good
Disliked: we got to the hotel a little early and the receptionist let us know that rooms wouldn’t be ready until around 2:20 or 3 o’clock because it was stated that that was the check-in time. Which I completely understood so we waited until about 2:30 and came back and they had our room ready, but I will say the whole staff in the back was very hostile towards each other. Maybe they were just having a stressful day, but it was not the type of energy that a guest would want to hear once upon arrival. walking into the hotel room I noticed that there was no kitchen utensils, which was fine, but it took me off guard because I had called a week prior and asked how their breakfast was served and she continued to tell me it was a grab-n-go-breakfast and then went on to say that there was a kitchen and stuff to cook with, but the cabinets were completely empty. You had to bring your own stuff to cook in the kitchen. Next I purposefully didn’t bring a blow dryer because it stated online that they had one, but my room didn’t have one. Our towels were dirty. They had long black hairs on two of them and some sort of dirty smudge on one of them. Not only did our room also not have a TV remote. We had to go to the front desk and get one, but the TV volume didn’t even work meaning we could not even turn the volume up. It was stuck. so we called the front desk to see if someone could come and fix it and someone came to the room, unplugged the TV and then told us to wait 15 minutes, plug it back in, and then they left. when we did that of course the TV still didn’t work so we just let it go. We also didn’t bring any drinks to the hotel room because we saw that there was a vending machine when I went to go use the vending machine it was out of order and not working. now this last part, I’m going to mention doesn’t really have anything to do with the hotel room but more of the other guests that we’re staying there.
