Disliked: Everything. They don't have shampoo/conditioner. The bed is the worst thing I've ever experienced. I think it's actually a rock. And they don't tell you on the phone, but when you get there they want to charge you a $25 early check-in fee. The lady at the front was extremely rude to every single customer for no reason. She was just so ridiculously rude for no reason at all! She hates her job - I really don't think you want her as the face of your hotel. You need to send a secret shopper, most definitely.

Liked: Really liked the night shift worker, she was very nice and understanding
Disliked: The staff gave us a key card to someone's room. Once we got to the actual room number, we opened the door and saw that the room was already in use. Suitcases were open, the lights were on, and the TV was on. I just imagine how scared the person must have been.

Disliked: The first room they gave me was dirty, the bed was not made and it was inconvenient to have to drive back and forth to get another room.
