Disliked: Everything. They don't have shampoo/conditioner. The bed is the worst thing I've ever experienced. I think it's actually a rock. And they don't tell you on the phone, but when you get there they want to charge you a $25 early check-in fee. The lady at the front was extremely rude to every single customer for no reason. She was just so ridiculously rude for no reason at all! She hates her job - I really don't think you want her as the face of your hotel. You need to send a secret shopper, most definitely.

Disliked: There was nothing to like about the property I needed a room for the night because my daughter was having surgery at 5am in Irvine and we live in Corona but her dad lives in OC and she was at her dads so I got a room for the night to be able to be there early the next morning. This place is so bad I ended up leaving and renting room at a Hilton. I wish I could have got a refund but because I booked it through the Bookings app I couldn’t get my money back. $113 dollars and I didn’t even stay there. The room smelled awful and the door handle was messed up and it didn’t look clean,smell or feel clean

Liked: Location was great. Very close to freeway and where I was meeting. parking was very plentiful and right next to my room. Staff at check in were very friendly and easy to work with
Disliked: The room. First room I went into had dirty towels on the floor and no bed sheets or blankets or pillows at all. The second row was better but did have a slight smell of urine.
