Disliked: Everything. They don't have shampoo/conditioner. The bed is the worst thing I've ever experienced. I think it's actually a rock. And they don't tell you on the phone, but when you get there they want to charge you a $25 early check-in fee. The lady at the front was extremely rude to every single customer for no reason. She was just so ridiculously rude for no reason at all! She hates her job - I really don't think you want her as the face of your hotel. You need to send a secret shopper, most definitely.

It was a great place...

Liked: I like how fast and easy it was to check in and out, also the front lady was really nice.
Disliked: It says it’s non-smoke but when we went in all we smell was cigarettes

Liked: The price is good for the location.
Disliked: Well one of the rooms has no heat and we already changed rooms and by this time it was super late like almost midnight. So we endures it but mind you we have children traveling with us. Instead of giving us a free night they only have us half off. Things could have gone bad if one of our boys got sick because of it. That the problem we have about the property and management. They need upgrades.

Liked: Location was ok, it’s in Irvine and close to Irvine spectrum.
Disliked: The place had an old motel-style vibe, and the room was smaller than a standard hotel room. It was a last-minute choice for us, but considering the price, it wasn’t worth it.

Disliked: The tubs and the strange people walking around. Not the travelers but the people needing somewhere to stay temporarily.

Passable

Liked: I stayed in room 121. The room wasn't ready at appointed time. The room was rush cleaned to accomodate me, which I did appreciate. The floor was wet, but they warned me, the trash cans were emptied but i found a bag of trash in a cabinet. Also a bath towel and the bath mat were dirty with red spots. I didn't use them and there were other towels (that i trusted were clean)
