Very good

It could have been so...

Liked: Having a kitchen was a bonus.
Disliked: The "trash room" was full. Turns out the guy that takes it out doesn't work weekends, so there is nowhere to take your trash until Monday. Cigarette butts in the planters right by the entrance. You'd think an employee would clean it up. Some guy on crack or meth was in the lobby chairs most days, shaking from withdraws.

Liked: We were evacuated by the Eaton Canyon fire. We were looking for a place with fresh air and safety. And they were pet friendly.
