Disliked: I ended up not staying. It smelled horrible and i had requested a 2 queen bed but got only 1. I had my daughter and husband. 1 queen bed was not going to work for us.

Liked: Nothing. Front desk was ok.
Disliked: It is a complete mess!!! It smelled like cigarette in my room, dirty, dusty, hair left everywhere in the bathroom from previous occupants. The bed and pillows were terrible, but the worst part was the roaches OMG!!! I had to leave all the lights on with the AC on low at night in fear of the roaches crawling on me or my belongings. I had a sleepless night and will never book there again.

Disliked: Room dirty, smelled of pet urine, every item you nedded, i.e., shampoo conditioner, bodywash, coffee pot/coffee, even the TV CONTROLLER!!! You had to go to the desk to get. At checkout, we were told it was this way because of COVID. What???? We were informed that because they were a PET FRIENDLY hotel is why we might have smelled urine. I asked, "Don't you designate so many rooms just for pets? Their reply was NO, ALL ROOMS ARE PET FRIENDLY!! THIS WAS DISCUSSTING & UNHEALTHY...... DON'T BOOK AND STAY AT THIS HOTEL!! I would think this would be a health violation, especially if you have certain medical conditions or allergies. Also, there are occasional homeless people passed out in and around the parking lot.

It was ok for one...

Disliked: The shower curtain was falling and leaning almost broken off. One of the beds had a dent in it, the fridge smelled old. The price for one night was almost 200.00 and it was almost 30 dollars for a pet to stay. There was only one elevator in the whole facility.
