Amazing stay

Liked: The fact that they have a great employee Named Nova if I’m not mistaken. I had a bad experience at the Brea location and was left to cancel my reservation and wait in the rain with my puppy in hand. All that changed as soon as I stepped foot at the Anaheim Hills location and talked to Nova. Amazing customer service and this business is very lucky to have you as an employee. Thank you again for making everything so easy for me to just get a room and get some much needed rest. Thank you so much Nova..

Liked: I didn’t like anything.
Disliked: the room smelled like smoke, the bathroom had roaches and in the stove there was nails cut of. we had to ask for our money back my family and i couldn’t stay there.
