Disliked: Toilet didn’t flush, shower didn’t control water temperature properly, thin walls you can hear every noise coming from within the building, the bathroom was dirty such as the floors and underneath the sink. We were told the room were newly renovated, but our room was very old.

Disliked: - horrible customer service- every-time we went downstairs, there was no one at the front desk - booked a king bed, received not a king size - there’s people living at the facility making it uncomfortable- the elevators need work on- stairs were cautioned off and unable to use- the room door could be pushed in multiple inches while still barely being locked- the key scanner on the room door could be yanked off, it was that loose - fridge/kitchen cabinets were run down - beds sucked and super uncomfortable - staff during check in, made us feel as an inconvenience for checking in late even though I had called hours prior to let them know- breakfast only had a breakfast bar or muffin- the whole visible area of the facility is being worked on, could have let the guests know- during check out, a worker asked how it was and we just said alright, they didn’t even ask to see what they could have done better or anything

Would not stay again.

Liked: Close enough distance to disneyland and food places.
Disliked: room and bathroom were not clean, hair was everywhere, sheets were stained. had no kitchen supplies and when we asked for some we were told they are “limited so we just need to take what we can get”. when asking about the bus for disneyland we were told to just wait at the end of the driveway, no bus ever came after we came back that evening the bus stop was on the other end of the hotel. also bugs in the ice machine that we were not aware of until reaching the bottom of the cup !

It was the worse experience.

Liked: We drove from Phoenix with our children only to be turned away from your staff. Upon our arrival to check in to our rooms we were turned away from the front desk staff informing us that we didn’t have reservations they never found our reservations. Therefore we wouldn’t know how good or bad your breakfast is.
Disliked: The unprofessional staff and treatment we received from your front desk staff. Also the language barrier your staff didn’t speak English and they weren’t able to communicate or inform us on why they couldn’t find our reservations. We stayed at another hotel instead.
