HORRIBLE and UNCLEAN

Liked: The location was the ONLY good part, it was super close to Disney.
Disliked: It was horrible, it did not look anything like the room I booked on here. The bathroom, was nasty and there was no soap, when we asked for some we were told that the only soap they have is bar soap, so neither of us showered. We also had no tv remote and after we asked and got the remote, we find out that the tv did not work. We asked for an extra pillow but the guy walked away and never came back…we waited at the front desk for 10 minutes and just ended up going back to the room. I would never stay again willingly. Please do not bring children here!! Read more reviews on yelp because this is nothing compared to what you see. I wish I took pictures to show you all but I hope this is enough to discourage you from staying here!

Liked: The location was well suited to our needs. The beds were clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The first room we were given had not been well cleaned. There was food debris on the floor. The second room had a defective toilet flush mechanism. There was also no peephole lens int he main door, just an open hole. The floors were advertised as carpeted but were vinyl tiles. The "full" kitchen had no utensils, pans, plates or cups except by an added charge for a "package". The breakfast consisted of only some small cupcakes and breakfast bars along with hot drinks only.

Disappointing result after a fantastic...

Liked: The property was very basic, in working TV (apparently someone stole the remote and HDMI cable. This was unable to be unable to be resolved during my stay and despite assurances wound be looked into, clearly has not been.
Disliked: No TV Room was dirtyNo cutlery provided
