The great service from Milli...

Liked: I liked having Milli at the front desk helping with check-in and questions. He was very professional and had great customer service skills and truly an amazing representative for Extended Stay America Suites.
Disliked: There was no gate around the parking and I was nervous about items being taken from my car.

A lot of deferred maintenance.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Room door hard to open & close. Toilet roll bar missing. Smoke alarm hanging by its wires to the ceiling. Desk chair wheels fell off. Ceiling damage in the bathroom. Motel side exit lock never worked. I brought this to the attention of the clerk nothing was done to fix anything. Finally clerk didn’t email me a copy of the bill.

Terrible

Liked: It was terrible couldn't park in parking lot it was tape off during day time,had to enter into side door smelt of weed then whole office being redone then room was terrible I mean terrible blood stains room not clean bed hard
