Liked: I drive almost 17 hours and booked this hotel just 4 hours before my arrival. I even called the receptionist ahead of time and informed them I would be arriving between 1–2 AM. The person on the phone thanked me for letting them know.However, when I arrived on time, the receptionist made me wait nearly 40 minutes—standing, as there were no chairs available in the lobby. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had, especially after such a long drive. I’ve never had to stand and wait like that after having a confirmed reservation.I also contacted Booking.com during the issue, but unfortunately, I didn’t receive any immediate support. I had booked the hotel only for a few hours to get some rest before an early morning delivery, and this delay completely ruined that plan.If you’re looking for good service, I recommend avoiding this hotel.
